The Governors are a friendly group of people, committed to ensuring the very best practice at the school in terms of learning, teaching and pastoral care. The Governors  determine the strategic management of the school and as such have a key role in supporting the Leadership Team to maintain the high standards consistently set and achieved by the school.

Governors are also linked to classes in the school and are warmly invited to make planned visits to their classes to work alongside the teacher and children. They also attend special functions such as Christmas parties, concerts and school fairs.

Each year the Governors and Staff have a 'Summer Social' to catch up with each other and enjoy a plate of scones, strawberries and cream...yum!

If you would like any further information on the Governing Body or about becoming a Governor please do not hesitate the Clerk to the Governors, Mrs Sandra McCarroll at the school office (Monday to Thursday).
